In our warranty:

We offer a 5-year warranty for the liner and a 1-year warranty for spare parts. All warranty periods are calculated from the date of purchase.

Here's what you should do if you encounter some issues:

1. If there is a problem, please provide more information, such as pictures, serial number. Problem description, etc.

2. We will check the reason. Then we will tell you how to deal with it, if you can replace or adjust some spare parts to solve the problem.

The detailed quality control process includes:

1. 100% inspection of key incoming materials;

2. Process control cross-check;

3. Spot check of finished products;

4. Joint quality inspection with a third-party inspector before the product is shipped (optional).

5. For the critical parts including heating element/thermostat/thermal circuit breaker/display PCB/power cord, they are all 100% inspected.

The following conditions are not covered by the free warranty. If maintenance is needed, we can provide users with paid maintenance services.

(1) Improper handling, installation, use, maintenance, improper storage, and self-removal by the user；

(2) If there is no three-guarantee certificate and valid invoice, you can refer to the relevant regulations of the state or INSE to pay the maintenance fee；

(3) Damage caused by force majeure；

(4) Exceeding the free warranty period；

(5) All damage and loss caused by environmental conditions beyond our control, such as power supply, water source, gas source, temperature, etc., or because the user's household water and circuit do not meet national regulations, are not covered by the free warranty. Note: Other unfinished terms are subject to the terms of the Three Guarantees.
